Refried beans and enchilada sauce are mixed together for a spicy, bold-flavored traditional side dish or dip.

| Santiago® Refried Beans | 1 bag | Prepare refried beans according to package directions in one half-size 12" x 10" x 2-1/2" metal steamtable pan. |
| Enchilada sauce | 2 cup | Stir 1 cup enchilada sauce into refreshed beans. Drizzle remaining enchilada sauce over top of beans. |
| Cheddar or American cheese, shredded | 2 cup | Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately or place on steamtable to keep warm. Serve with chips or cut-up vegetables. |
