Refried beans mixed with the bold flavors of chorizo sausage, jalapeno Monterey Jack cheese, and garlic. Served with tortilla chips or added to burritos, tacos, and side dishes.

Cover beans with water. Cover; hold 25 minutes. |

Cook chorizo in nonstick skillet until browned; drain. |

Stir remaining ingredients into beans; stir in chorizo. Keep warm on steamtable or in chafing dish. |
