Instructions

Ingredient Quantity Instructions
Water, boiling 2 qt. Combine first 4 ingredients.
Butter 7 oz.
Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
Nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp.
Potato PearlsĀ® Extra Rich 1 1/2 lb. Add potatoes; mix well.
Flour, all-purpose 4 1/2 cup Add next 2 ingredients; mix well.
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp.
Eggs, large 5  
Transfer to lightly floured surface and knead briefly. Form into 1-ounce balls. Cook uncovered in simmering water 8 to 10 minutes.
Note:
Dough may also be divided into 10-ounce sections and rolled into 3/4-inch-thick cylinders. Cut into pieces about 1-1/2 inches long. Simmer uncovered about 8 minutes.
