| Nutmeg | 1 1/2 tsp. | |
| Potato PearlsĀ® Extra Rich | 1 1/2 lb. | Add potatoes; mix well. |
| Flour, all-purpose | 4 1/2 cup | Add next 2 ingredients; mix well. |
| Baking powder | 1 1/2 tsp. | |
| Eggs, large | 5 | |
| Transfer to lightly floured surface and knead briefly. Form into 1-ounce balls. Cook uncovered in simmering water 8 to 10 minutes. | ||
| Note: Dough may also be divided into 10-ounce sections and rolled into 3/4-inch-thick cylinders. Cut into pieces about 1-1/2 inches long. Simmer uncovered about 8 minutes. |
