Potato PearlsĀ® Extra Rich 1/2 carton Prepare potatoes according to package directions; keep warm.
Cabbage, cut in quarters 3 1/2 lb. Cook cabbage in boiling water 5 minutes or until tender; drain. Coarsely chop; stir into potatoes.
Butter 1 lb. In skillet, melt butter. Add green onion; cook about 5 minutes or until tender. Stir into potatoes.
Green onion, chopped 1 3/4 lb.
Cream 1 cup Stir in remaining ingredients.
Salt 2 tsp.
Pepper, freshly ground 1 tsp.
