Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. |

| Cheddar cheese sauce mix, dry |
8 oz.
|
Whisk cheddar cheese sauce mix into boiling water. Boil 1 minute, whisking constantly until smooth and slightly thickened. Quickly whisk in potato mixture; remove from heat. Continue whisking until potatoes are smooth. Mixture will be slightly soft and will set up within a few minutes. Keep warm until serving. |
