Instructions

Ingredient Quantity Instructions
Potato PearlsĀ® Extra Rich 1/2 carton Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
Salt 2 tsp.
Onion power 1 tsp.
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp.
Cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp.
Cheddar cheese sauce mix, dry 8 oz. Whisk cheddar cheese sauce mix into boiling water. Boil 1 minute, whisking constantly until smooth and slightly thickened. Quickly whisk in potato mixture; remove from heat. Continue whisking until potatoes are smooth. Mixture will be slightly soft and will set up within a few minutes. Keep warm until serving.
Water, boiling 1 gal.
Serving idea: Pipe into potato skins or blanched whole peppers or zucchini.
Note: Will hold on steamtable, covered, for 2 to 3 hours. If necessary, whisk in additional hot water to refresh.
