Ingredient Quantity Instructions
Potato Pearls® Extra Rich 1/2 carton Combine first 6 ingredients.
Buttermilk powder 1/4 cup
Salt 1 tbsp.
Onion powder 1 tsp.
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp.
Cayanne pepper 1/4 tsp.
Water, boiling 1 gal. Quickly whisk potato mixture into boiling water; remove from heat. Continue whisking until potatoes are smooth.
Sour cream 2 cup Add remaining ingredients; mix until well blended. Keep warm until serving.
Chives, fresh, chopped, or 1/2 amount dry chives 1/2 cup
Note: Will hold on steamtable, covered, for 2 to 3 hours.
Serving Idea: Serve with grilled sausage and sautéed apples.
