Water 3 gal. In stockpot, heat water to boiling; stir in soup base. Stir until dissolved.
Ham soup base 1 cup
Turkey ham, smoked, diced 2 1/2 lb. Stir in next 2 ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes or until celery is tender.
Celery, diced 2 lb.
Potato PearlsĀ® Extra Rich 1/2 carton Stir in remaining ingredients. Stir soup before serving.
Brown mustard (optional) 2 cup
