Pulled Pork Taco Salad with Black Beans


1  pch Santiago┬« Seasoned Vegetarian Black Beans
14  each Tostada bowls
4  cups Mesclun greens
4  cups Romaine hearts, chopped (3 medium)
1  cup Onions, thinly sliced (1 medium)
1  cup Diced tomatoes (3 medium)
6  cups Pulled pork, hot (about 3 lbs)
3  each Avocado, thinly sliced
14  each Chipotle ranch dressing, 2-ounce servings in portion cups


  1. Prepare Santiago® Seasoned Vegetarian Black Beans according to package directions. Hold hot.
  2. Fill tostada shells with #8 scoop beans, top with Mesclun greens, romaine, onions, tomatoes, pulled pork, and avocado slices. Garnish with Chipotle Ranch dressing and serve at once.
