1  carton BAF Au Gratin Potato Casserole
5  qt Boiling water (190°-212°F)
4  oz Butter
1  qt Tomatoes, oven dried
1 1/2  qt Mozzarella, shredded
1  cup Pesto, prepared


  1. In a full-size, steamtable pan, add half of the potato slices. Sprinkle oven-dried tomatoes evenly over slices, top with pesto and mozzarella cheese. Then add the remaining half of slices.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add water, two sauce packets and butter. Stir well to combine. Carefully pour liquid over potato mixture.
  3. Bake 45 min. covered at 300°F let sit for 10 min. Serve.
