Classic Mashed Potatoes


1  pouch Brilliant Beginnings® Mashed Potatoes
1  cup Butter, salted
  Salt (optional)
3  qts Boiling water (190°-212°F)
2  cups Whole milk


  1. Prepare mashed potatoes according to recipe-ready directions.
  2. Warm milk and butter, at a minimum 140° F.
  3. Add warm milk and butter to potatoes. Whip to desired consistency. Salt to taste.
