Serve our easy prep, seasoned chili as packaged for a vegetarian item, or add your choice of cooked meat, diced vegetables, or other beans for a signature offering.
Step 1: Add 14.5 gallons water to kettle. Step 2: Add 1 bag (30 LB) chili mix and stir thoroughly.Step 3: Bring temperature to at least 195°F. Step 4: Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Optional: In step 2 add your choice of pre-cooked ingredients such as; ground beef, ground turkey, grilled chicken strips, diced vegetables, pulled pork, diced steak, garbanzo beans or other beans.
