General Description

No mix, extra quick prep, delicious mashed potatoes. Select USA potatoes combined with our original recipe for a classic buttery flavor. Just add water - ready in 5 minutes. Hand mix. Serve as is or add recipe ingredients for a signature menu item. A value-add product with a rich buttery taste and yield of 4.31 kg. 9.5 lbs. or 40 125 ml. servings. Serving Suggestions

Over 1 billion* orders of mashed potatoes are served in foodservice annually. Potatoes are a well loved side dish. They are a versatile base to add a signature dish. Mustard Mashed Potatoes - add spicy brown mustard. Cheddar Scallion Mashed Potatoes - add scallions and cheddar cheese. Sage and Brown Butter Mashed Potatoes - add sage and browned butter. Use mashed as a side or as a base for the entree. Lower food costs by increasing the serving of mashed and decreasing the serving of protein. Preparation & Cooking Instructions

Pour one bag of Harvest Potato Pearls into a half size 6'' steam table pan. Measure 4 liters of hot water from hot water dispenser and pour quickly over the dry potatoes all at once. Immediately stir with a large slotted spoon for 15-20 seconds, until the mashed potatoes begin to thicken. Allow the product to set for 5 minutes. Stir well. Serve.

Potatoes (dry), salt, vegetable oil, mono and diglycerides, colour. Freshness preserved with sodium bisulfite and BHT. MAY CONTAIN MILK INGREDIENTS.


Packaging/Storage Information

Poly bag in corrugated cardboard case. Store in a cool dry place (less than 26.67 C).
