1. Measure 1 volume Sliced Potatoes and 2 volumes water. 2. Bring water and salt to a boil and add potatoes. 3. Reduce heat and simmer until tender (15-20 minutes). 4. Drain well, use in recipe. Tips: Potatoes should remain covered with water during preparation. Potatoes can be prepared and held refrigerated overnight. Adjust simmer time to achieve desired potato texture, particularly for recipes requiring further cooking.
