Use as an ingredient for breakfast, lunch or dinner entrees and side-dishes. Add to breakfast burritos, breakfast bowls, potato salad, soups, stews or casseroles.
1. Place 1 volume Diced Potatoes in 2 volumes cool salted water in a pot. (4 tbsp. salt per gallon of water.) 2. Cover, boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 min. until tender. 3. Drain well, use in recipe.
