1: Combine full carton and 2 1/2 gallons water into pan and bring to a boil. 2: Reduce heat and simmer until tender (15-20 minutes). 3: Drain well. Ready for use in recipe. TIPS: Potatoes should remain covered with water during preparation. Potatoes can be prepared and held refrigerated overnight. Adjust simmer time to achieve desired potato texture, particularly for recipes requiring further cooking.
