Potato Pearls EXCEL® Gold Mashed Potatoes Preparation Instructions
 Step 1 Pour entire pouch of Potato Pearls EXCEL® Gold Mashed Potatoes into a 4” deep 1/2-sizesteamtable pan. Measure 1 gallon of hot water (170 to 190°F). |
 Step2 While stirring rapidly, quickly pour the 1 gallon of hot water over the potatoes. Continue to stir well for 25 to 35 seconds making sure to cover all four corners of the pan. |
 Step3 Let the potatoes refresh for 7 minutes. Stir well for even distribution of ingredients and serve. |
