Ready to Serve Chili Preparation Instructions
Preparation:• Heat bag using one of following methods:
- Heat in hot water.
- Empty into a steam kettle.
- Heat in a convection steamer.
- Slowly heat on a stove top in a pan.
• Cook on medium high heat stirring occasionally.
• Bring to 165°F
• Serve and hold at 155°F to 160°F.
Notes:
• Preparation and heating time is about 45 minutes depending on the method used.
