![]() Step 1 Mix product with 2 quarts of hot (120°-140°F) tap water in a third-size steamtable pan, stir well, cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes. |
![]() Step 2 Stir 2 cups of blended, refrigerated pasteurized whole eggs into cooled potato mixture. |
![]() Step 3 Scoop mixture onto well-oiled (½ oz. of oil per potato pancake) 375°F grill. Press flat with back of oiled spatula. Cook 2½-3 minutes per side. See package instructions for oven preparation. |
