Summary: Manages sales activities for all retail customers in the assigned market, and is responsible for Headquarter responsibilities for assigned account(s), by performing the following duties personally or through brokers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accomplish corporate goals.
2. Maintains and builds relationships with new and existing customers.
3. Monitors and evaluates activities and products of competition in the marketplace, and reviews market activities to determine and anticipate customer needs and forecast sales volumes.
4. Delivers sales presentations to current and prospective clients in coordination with broker representatives, and represents company at trade association meetings and shows to promote products.
5. Manages broker network to include budgeting, forecasting, and retail sales execution.
Must maintain the highest standards of ethics and integrity while embodying the tenets of “What We Stand For” and “The Basic Principles.”

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities of other employees, but does manage requisite number of broker partners depending on market scope.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have familiarity of Sales management systems; and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Other Qualifications: The incumbent will travel 60-70% of the time.
